Peak Dirt (and yours truly on the radio)
-
Hi Mickey...Your poetry always makes me think…
run head first full speed
directly into nightmares
truth will be your shield
(but only if the truth is accepted in the land-of-make-believe)Posted by RMJ from Ward Churchill 4 Prez Hdqts on 03/31 at 11:04 AM -
Hello Mickey and RMJ. Mickey, that’s an excellent photo of the trade towers burning.

Hi Joe...looks like we will be shoveling the white stuff again tomorrow.
Secret CIA mischief in Libya and around the globe… where is the outcry? Even the right wingers are noticing that the peace movement died when Obama was elected.

Yes...just like the last tsunami, there are doubters about the latest earthquake.
An author listed, all the various drillings, weaponry tests, bombings, the u.s. navy sonic whatever that has been written about for its destruction. The earth can only take so many impact injuries, and perhaps these natural disasters are not natural occurrences.
The deciders certainly know how to decide and americans know how to shop. There is no law only that which will support the wealthy and perpetuate this man-made disaster of a social system.

Joe...I agree. AND you and I are so old we can remember when the planet seemed to be a little ‘less troubled’. I am waiting for someone to blame the Hadron Collider.

RMJ 5, “You and I are so old we can remember when the planet seemed to be a little ‘less troubled”.
I’m not that old. Say good night Gracie. (<;
Yes we were naive, but america was never the reality of the lies. Information was slow, people were oppressed, deciders were clueless, we were always hell bend on violence and consumption of worthless crap. I think there were geographic pockets of friendlier communities. There still might be? I sat in study hall that day in november of 1963, my question was why is everyone crying? The ‘plays’ of politics were never believable. Gene Audrey westerns were more believable and that’s bad!

Joe...Ahhhh, remember The Twilight Zone… at least it always had a moral to the story.
The government says we have no boots on the ground in Libya. Does that mean that the CIA goes barefoot?

P.S. joe… I am so old that I remember when there was no such thing as pizza.

My first pizza, actually tomato pie was made by my mother. Now I’m not saying this because she was my mother, but that pie was damn good.
To this day, I prefer tomato pie over pizza, no cheese or anything else. Usually with rolaids for desert. And this is my problem, I’m a dumpster gut, I love to eat! Some friends just gave us some recently harvested Basil...smells wonderful. We have a year round Rosemary plant inside, also great aroma.

I could listen to Joe and RMJ chat all day.

Me, too, MZ. joe scores again with “The earth can only take so many impact injuries.” RMJ returns the volley with The Twilight Zone. Rod Serling is one of my heroes. He would have punked Homeland Security like no one’s business.
The less-troubled part of the past may simply be lower population. Today, there are about 50% more Americans than in 1970. There’s only about 827 snarky comments to make about that.
There are 439 nukes in operation and 63 under construction. And it’s all Obama’s fault (hey, if nutcase billionaires can use that tactic...)
What’s worse than nonstop Seattle rain? Radioactive Seattle rain.
I snagged the uber-verite Mafia flick “Gomorrah” from the library. Very powerful, but it takes a backseat to this:

Hey Zen, why is your last comment glowing?
Anyway, just put up another uplifting post to brighten your day. See you there.
