Corporate meltdown

  1. “The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation,” Obama told the Boston Globe in 2007.

I keep picturing that photo of Obombya laughing his ass off.

  2. I’ll explain the logic of our gallant crusade. Here’s the situation…

A Government was facing protests from it’s population which threatened its political future. Things got messy and people were killed.

After the people had been shot dead at Kent State Uni, heroic Botswana (in coalition with Burundi and Tuvalu) decided it would be helpful to bomb Washington, aiming at the White House obviously.

  3. And then Botswana took full control of America’s “natural resources.”

  4. Hi JOS, Rick, and all…

Mickey...that is a great front page.  You should use it on a regular basis.

It reminded me of Waco and Ruby Ridge (but bombs were not used there).  I wish we could have a list of political prisoners being held in US prisons - Bradley Manning, Lynne Stewart,...

  5. ..The Cuban 5.

The Libyans have something in common with the Japanese...with the depleted uranium they’re country will be a little radioactive too.

  6. Thanks, Rick…
all of those in the secret black prison system, all of those held in Guantanamo, many in the south (and elsewhere) who happen to have the wrong color skin and/or not enough money to get a fair trial…

  7. The minds of sadistic, predatory, conquerers are not concerned about people’s well being. The weak mongers of aggression barely care about themselves and that’s only at a base, pubescent ego level.

How can a mind that has internalized raw materialism as a mode of living, who has the accumulated knowledge that objects are more important than life, a mind that poisons itself and doesn’t understand, that undermines their own necessary life support systems, make any kind of rational decision about anything or have a coherent moment in their entire lives?

Accepting, normalizing a life that is upside down can’t lend itself to anything intelligible, in fact would reject anything sane.

The deciders are too stupid to grasp ‘their’ mindset has been spinning it’s wheels, going nowhere for centuries. The only thing accomplished is degeneration and blocking a wholesome social progress.

  8. I hear that Israel has bombed Gaza (again?).
The US, France and UK are organising a no-fly-zone!!...er..no hang on....my crystal ball is all fuzzy..(shouldn’t have sneezed). Now I’m just seeing weapons manufacturers with catalogues.

  9. Hi Joe, Rick, and all…

Rick...I have been wondering about the silence about the bombing of Gaza.

It is interesting to see and hear all of the pundits commenting on the fact that the peace movement died with the election of O.  Finally somebody noticed and most of those who noticed are on the right.  Finally FOX got something right.

  10. Hello all

It’s “Student Day” for the Scientologists today. Try learning this… http://bit.ly/srZm3

Also, with regard to your moon photo, did you know that Buzz Aldrin took holy communion on the moon....isn’t it amazing how quickly you can go off someone?

  11. Buzz Aldrin took holy communion on the moon. That’s got to be the knee slapper of the month.

The pope must have been so consumed with visions of Buzz the Space Cadet, that he liberated 9 year old Johnny.

  12. “visions so empty...” can’t top that one.

Happy to see the graphic is still up on the front page. Thanks, Mickey. If I had any money I would make it into a billboard. (Billboards are illegal in Vermont, but in abundance right across the border in NY.)

Today is the anniversary of the assassination of peace and justice advocate Bishop Romero.

Also, lately every newscast reminds me of Mickey’s comment about about bombing civilians from 15,000 feet and calling it humanitarianism.

  13. Hello again, everyone. We had some snow in NYC but now the sun is shining.

RMJ, today is also 22 years since the Exxon Valdez accident (sic).

No shortage of sad anniversaries in the home of the brave.
